Our kitchen in Luling, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina but before the ceiling fell in.

... relocated from Luling, Louisiana to Greenfield, Tennessee in September, 2006 after getting wiped out by two tornadoes spawned by Hurricane Katrina August 29, 2005.
Phoenix Specialty Coatings opened on May 31, 2007. In the years following, PSC quietly established itself as the worldwide industry leader in exceptional multi-color powder coating, metal finishing / restoration and customization services. Though we're obviously nowhere near Arizona, the company is so named for the rebirth aspect of the mythical phoenix, rising from devastation to rebuild our lives in a new place. I love what I do and wouldn't be here without YOU! Thanks for visiting! |

It is also the manufacturer of famed Cerakote ceramic coatings, including those I use here at my shop on polished metals and aluminum restorations.

Former ASE Certified mechanic and professional restorer with over 40 years' experience.
1996 "World of Wheels" winner's builder.
Previously he owned of Lee Restorations & Racing Engines in Luling, Louisiana.
Since 2009 Billy has focused on his personal and project cars, motorcycles / dirt bikes and engine projects.
Street and race engines built to specs, Holley carburetor rebuilding and repairs.
He loves his dog, plays guitar, enjoys working on stuff and restoring antique tractors.
