You can save yourself TONS of money by doing a lot of the basic prep work yourself (scraping, blasting, wire brushing, etc.).
Generally speaking, the cleaner the part is when it arrives here and the less prep work we have to do, the cheaper your final powder coating bill will be. 
The Price List below is very general and lists basic "ballpark" prices for single-stage coatings -- in Standard Colors -- on some of the more popular parts that people frequently have powder coated.

Your price may be less or more than the listed amount depending on the condition (new/used), cleanliness, the color(s) you choose, and any repairs or additional services that may be needed (usually undiscovered until it has been blasted).
No repairs are undertaken without the customer's prior approval and authorization.
Some metals, such as factory chrome and polished aluminum, can be powder coated without being blasted. Any part can also be coated with Clear Vision (a clear powder) for added durability and great shine for a slight additional charge. Custom masking -- to set off factory insignia, logos, emblems, etc. -- is quoted individually.

Color Matching
If you want to match an existing color on your vehicle, having an actual paint sample is the best, most accurate way to color match it.
We've received small cans of paint, parts painted the 'right' color, and even little pieces of label from the paint can where it dripped down the side. We're not particular about what you send us for color matching ... we just want you to be happy with your powder color choices, save you as much money as possible, and get your finished parts back home to you as quickly as we can.
We can also mail you free color swatches of your choice (see our Color Charts to find something suitable as a starting point), and a few other similar swatches to help you track down the right color for your parts. With over 6,500 colors to choose from, chances are very good that your exact desired color is already available. However, if it's not, our powder supplier can prepare a custom formulation for you at a very affordable cost.

We also accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders and personal checks from our internet customers. (Parts will not be returned until all funds have cleared our bank.)
If you are not using paypal, please include a check or U.S. Postal Service money order inside the box with your parts for the full amount of your quote, plus the funds necessary to ship your parts back to you when they are finished. (For example, if your quote is $50 and UPS is charging you $8.53 to ship your parts to us, your check should be made payable to "Phoenix Specialty Coatings" for $58.53.)
If you do not know how much it will cost to ship your parts, you can easily find detailed shipping quotes online. (Links to these and other shippers can be found at the bottom of this page -- shown in no particular order and with no affiliation to PSC -- solely for your convenience.) If you are unable to get a shipping quote ahead of time, just add $10-$20 to the amount of your check and you will be notified of any difference when your parts are finished.
We will begin your work if you include at least half of the quote amount with the parts, billing you for the remainder and all return shipping charges when your parts are finished. However, parts will not be returned until all charges are paid and the funds have cleared our bank.
If you have your own shipping account through UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., just let us know ahead of time and we will bill your return shipping charges directly to your account via Third Party Billing. We will contact you for the shipping account number when your parts are ready to be returned to you.

If your parts are to be coated in a special order powder that we do not normally carry in stock here at the shop, all special order powder costs MUST be paid for in advance before we will order your powder.

Important ~ Parts Preparation:
All parts to be ceramic coated will be thermallly degreased and media blasted before coating. Parts that arrive heavily soiled or requiring additional surface preparation wiill be prepped for coating at an additional cost of $35.00.
It is your responsibility to disassemble all parts before shipping them to us. There will be an extra charge of at least $35.00 to disassemble any parts received by us that require further disassembly prior to coating (this also applies to headers that are in multiple sections (i.e., slip fit tubes)).
Ceramic coating cannot be applied over chrome. It will be your responsibility to remove any chrome plating before shipping your parts to us. Any chrome shop can do this for you.

Please Note: * The 3-year warranty is null and void if you run the motor on a dyno. We STRONGLY recommend that all motor break-in procedures be completed and all necessary tuning be finalized prior to installing ceramic coated exhaust components. Stealth Black and Cast-Iron Gray are applied over Performance Chrome for double thermal protection at no extra charge. We recommend using only stainless steel hardware on your newly coated headers / manifolds, as well as on your valve covers above them. You are responsible for all shipping and desired insurance charges.
